Thunder’s Mouth is the brain child of Flloyd Kennedy, actor, director and voice coach. Here she has found a way to combine her abilities as a performer and director with her passion for the human voice, by devising performances which offer both entertainment and education. Thunder’s Mouth presents short performances that combine beautifully crafted texts, requiring virtuosic vocal performance, with state of the art visual technology.

The Fall of June Bloom - A Modern Invocation, (working title, a play by Flloyd Kennedy with William Shakespeare) was presented in New York in August 2009, with Flloyd Kennedy, John Graham and Micha Espinosa, directed by Judi Lehrhaupt.

"I want to thank you again for your performance -- both the text and the acting.  It was thoroughly engaging, thought provoking, fascinating and charming.  Entertaining without being didactic, it wrestled with the complex concepts of the power of language.  Where does the word live?  In our hearts, minds, texts, or speech?  It felt like you were saying that the word lived in the soul, needed the body as a vehicle, and a voice to communicate it to the world.  You made it clear that a text lives only when there is a need to speak.  Then there can be passion.  And ultimately art."
